MOD for "career market" ?

Hi all,

I run a website with phpwcms for the particular industry sector with company listings and industry news. I am very happy with the program

Now I want to include a job section (career market) such as “JobPilot.com” but of course in a much smaller extent.

The idea is as follows:

CANDIDATE
The candidate must create an account. After logging in, he/she can post a job seeking thread and upload his/her CV as DOC or PDF file. This area (post & CV) is can be seeing only from this candidate and from the employers.

EMPLOYER
I will create an account for the employer. After logging in he/she can post an open position and will be able to see the posts of all candidates and download there CVs.

The open positions can be seeing by all visitors of the site.

I went through the phpwcms documentation and the forum, but I couldn’t find any possibility.

Is it possible to realize this project with phpwcms?
If not, do you know any other script/program or MOD suitable for this?
