How to add more language to phpwcms?

When I read

http://www.phpwcms-docu.de/language.phtml

my language is not listed there.

How to add my language? My language is ID, i.e., Indonesian

copy a template with another language (of course english) and translate it in your own language. than send it to oliver georgie

and if you use special chars then plz convert them to like:

ç
ð
õ
