Contact Form still not running

Hi all.

I still have the same Contact form problem...
I followed the discussion of the "email form creation" from the last two days.
I have the register_global Vars "ON".
I tried to change the act_formmailer script removing the -f and also the r/n/ n/r thing, but i still dont receive any mail.
My URL is http://www.dips-n-pieces.de/cms/index.php
What i am not sure of is the formmailer version (where do i find it?)

If anyone could give me any help on this, that would be great...

Now i have just tried to send the form to an eMail adresse outside my own server, and there it works!?

So if i send the contact form to my own server, i dont receive it but if i send it to someone else it works...

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Do you have a mailserver running on your local pc? Please describe a little bit more about you system and software.
