Nice work, trismile! I like your use of color and the integration of the product in the right side of the banner. Just two small changes that you may benefit from:
1. Change the name of the site root from the ADMIN section to something other than ulusalaydinlatma.com.tr. This will make the breadcrumb line much shorter, especially if you named it ulusal.
2. Add some padding to the left side of the main content area, so the body text has some breathing room on the left.

Methinks ur header is abit too big.
I had a header (in a html, not cms site) just over 256px tall, a nightmare on 1024x768 with 2 or 3 rows of toolbars, the menubar, and a large Dock. Keep in mind some ppl surf w about 4-600px viewing space on the Y axis. Good for you people with the 4000x3000px-odd 30in Cinema Displays. Mark you, fixed width type sites like most phpwcms sites would be a nightmare on windows where traditionally all is maximised.
