Newsletter pic with patch

When i make a newsletter and, upload a photo/pic to the newsletter in the online-editor, then the reciver of the newsletter can´t se the picture ?

So, i solve the problem adding the path ex. http://www.servername.com/Picture/img/f ... letter.jpg in the source, but in older version i am sure that it add this path automatic ?

I use phpwcms v1.2.5-DEV
Can anyone help what to do?
