Customising Backend

I plan to use phpwcms as a platform with which to base client websites. That said, I wish to customise the backend of phpwcms. (Obviously i'd keep all required copyright text in place etc.)

However I need to know which folders the template files are kept. Am I right in thinking all the backend files i'd need to customise are in:
