Need Module to send files (wallpapers & ringtones) to ce

Hello
I am opening a new website, and before I setup the site, I was wondering if there was a module out there that would allow people to send files, such as wallpapers and ringtones to their cellphone from my site.

Any Suggestions?

should that be a phpwcms feature req...

If you find something like that you need to pay for it and my guess is a huge amount of money... lets say 10.000euro
