Hi, I am very new to phpWCMS and cant for the life of me get the menu to show up on the left hand side. I have created categories etc but I simply do not know how to view the nav menu. Can somebody explain the way to go about making this. I want a news page, contact etc but im struggling, many thanks :lol:

Hi

just put a Rep-Tag for Navigation into the Left-Area of your Template
as sample {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN}

I have spent hours reading!! Im sorry, Im new to php and websites etc, tried searching for ages on this forum too cos I know how annoying it is to get asked the same question all the time. I have put a {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} in the left hand area of the template, thats why i dont understand why it isnt working!

Does anyone fancy loggin in to my admin and just putting a random link on the left so I know how to do it many thanks! :wink:

If I was you I would install dev 1.2.3 instead of RC4.. It doesnt change anything about the Nav_table.. but it is more "powerfull" :D
