User Administration Question

I have a question about the user administration.

I have set up multiple people into my user administration account and have given them all admin rights. However they can only edit the pages that they have created. No one can edit anyone else's articles.

Is that the way it is supposed to be? I need people to edit each other's stuff. Should I just give people the same login information?

Sorry - at the moment it is the only way. This will be changed in later release.
