When I read the propaganda for PHPWCMS, I assumed the implementation with thios CMS should be simple. No technology skills etc...

No I am faced with an empty template and no clue how to fill the different parts of it.

Do I have to know HTML code language fully to implement this or can somebody give me a hint.
