[done]little question about editing template

HI !
when I change something in the template, to see the modification I have to add a page to the site structure or delete one or add an article...

the refresh do nothing... there is something to do to see automaticaly the template modification ?

there we edit templates !

did you set the template to standard!?
did you create an layout!?

sorry for the sily questions but normally the changes would shown.
also disable the cache in the conf.inc.php
