we all know, that it people like to doing flash intros. despite the fact that most of these start-pages live no longer than 2 seconds (because visitors click "skip intro") i think that your intro is far to long and too slow. you should change this or nobody will watch it.
you are using 4 kinds of font around the site. the bfs-letters are different from "berufsfachschule ..." and from the menu font and the body font. many people have georgia on their system. the italic styles look quite good. you could user them.
the text font of the second menu level is a bit too small. sometimes it's hard to read.
anyways: the site look very good and i personally like the non-phpwcms-standard style who just do the quick start, change some color and go for it.

Manchmal ist etwas weniger etwas mehr. Ich habe versucht, Dir eine Richtung zu zeigen, die professioneller wirken könnte.
— Versuch etwas weniger Kusivschriften zu verwenden.
— Das Logo bietet sich förmlich an, in die Form links gelegt zu werden.
— Versuchs mal mit ner Komplementärfarbe für die Titel.
— Der helle Flächenfarbton links kann ein neutrales, leichtes Grau sein.
Den Screenshot habe ich einiges schrumpfen lassen. Die geringere Grösse würde etwas ruhiger wirken. Die Hauptschriftart wäre doch jetzt zu klein.
Will niemandem auf die Füsse treten. Ist nicht der Weisheit Schluss, soll eine Anregung sein.
