Changing directory of installed phpwcms

I installed phpwcms in a subdirectory public_html/cmpages/ while i was testing it out to see how i like it. Well naturally I love it, and have already done a ton of work on my site using it. My question is, will there be any problem if i move phpwcms to the root folder? currently my public_html/index.html is a redirect to cmpages/index.php.

if u didn't use funny /qlsku/tags.html to set your paths (images, php incs, whatever) then all works ok (I've done it before).
