I've installed the following Plugins (MOD's):
VTS, GT, Company, Replacement Tags Helper Bar, Article Copy, Enhanced Newslist.

comments as requested

- change button in the nav
- border around the content would look better.
- change the colout of the content links from orange to some other colour...
- leave some more space between header and content
- nav could be cleaner...
- extra nav items could be placed in a box...
- add some images to your content

only some ideas....
