In version 1.1-RC4 I could change this page(name). Now It seems to be fixed... Is there a way to change this in the new DEV-version 1.2.1?

That's already set to 777...
But in that file I've changed the name of 'Startseite'. So that problem is solved but I still can't change this file by the Backend-system

And what, if you change the content of the file via FTP "by hand"?

First, I didn't update to a new version. It's a new installation. (I have another website with the older version).
Changing the file by hand is just what I have done to get another name. That works fine, but it's still strange that I can't change it in the Backend system.

I have exactly the same problem, Gerard. Older version; no problem. Never could solve it, so I decided to change it by hand for now...

for me, no error message, also not in the error_log
it just reloads the page without the changes made
same for changing the backend default text and the frontend stylesheet setup

Nothing happens, only when I click on 'save' after I made some changes, the page returns with it's old settings. There's no error message...
