wiki for the documentation

I have setup a wiki for the documentation under my site:

Please use it.

All who did response to the work for the docs can access this wiki free. I have made until now the replacement tags available, so view how I made some code viewable in the wiki.

So, now the wiki runs, the docs should be written in a short time if all of you give your best.
