{NEW:x} tag bug?

Post by Pappnase »

hello

i use the {new:x} tag.
today i change an article the subtitle. and add a new contentpart in an other article.

So i look to the page where the {NEW:x} tag is included that and what did i see. only the the changed subtitle article is shown in the news tag not the article with the added contentpart.

is this possible a bug!?

Hello Pappnase,
I cannot confirm, as I am not where I can access my phpWCMS build (offline, at home). But, until Oliver or somewhere can "investigate", don't overlook the obvious... if you want to bring the "content-part" article back into the list of {New:x} in the meantime, ~just change the article subtitle and then back, if necessary

I thougt the same way! But i thought when u change an article or add an content part to an article. it can be intresting for the visitors!

Also for me it is no problem to live with that solution. but tell this solution an normal author of the page who has no plan. (hope you understand waht i mean!?)

I ~DO~ understand... and you are ~SO~ correct about how ~just changing~ an article  can be "interesting" to regular visitors :!:
