really great site. I don`t like the "werbeprospekt"-like content but the design is well done. Maybe you could turn up the jpg quality of some of the head images, because they are more than bad...
Ein Problem noch: wenn man auf Kontakt klickt, wird jeweils das englische Template geladen (siehe Impressum Links, etc.)
I would place the imprint links on another place, they look more or less lost down there.

The positioning of "Sitemap" and "Impressum" links is a bit odd. Did you want to make these especially hard to find?? Many monitors (esp. in offices) are not even large enough to show this area of the screen. Same with the Logo.
"Imprint" is an incorrect translation for "Impressum". People won't really get what this is supposed to be.

Unfortunatly the search function searches both languages, but nothing that can be done about it easily I guess.
In the English section you get the German word "Anfahrtsbeschreibung". http://www.arnold.de/index.php?_en_cm
Also the descibtions of the documents to download should be English http://www.arnold.de/index.php?id=198,0,0,1,0,0
More German: http://www.arnold.de/index.php?id=144,262,0,0,1,0
Best if you'd check the entire English section!!
There should be a link to the English section on the German section (or am I blind?), particularly as the German section is the first you arrive at after typing in the web address.
It's a shame that the entire area of the headder images is overlayed with type. While this is a nice effect with the right typeface it would have been nice if you would have most of the left hand area free of this for a clear view and would have limited the type layering mostly to the right bit of the headder. I fell the busy typography gets a bit much as it is (especially as many pictures themselves are quite busy), and you could use a clear area very nicely to present what can be seen in the pictures and impress this way. I'd say, in this case less is more.
Otherwise quite nice work! Quite impressive (especially the amount of content - I'd love to have a look into the backend!). Nice also that you did not fill the entire width of the main content when displaying text.

Hallo Knut,
Muss an meinen Englisch-Kenntnissen liegen.
Gruß
Reinhard
