Replacement tag needed

I desperately need a replacement tag that does the following:

When this RepTag is inserted:

{FOO:bar}

This code is generated:

Code: Select all

http://domain.com/?query=bar

So {FOO:fighter} will produce http://domain.com/?query=fighter and so on.

Can someone help me up on this?
