What's in the URL actually?

I'm just curious, looking at the URL generated by phpWCMS, I see a set of 6 values.

For example:
http://domain.com/12.27.0.0.1.0.phtml

I figured the following:
12 = structure level ID
27 = article ID
0 = what about this?
0 = and this?
1 = and this?
0 = and this?
