I'm going to create a website for my falcuty in university, used PHPWCMS. Is it suitable?
Can we call PHPWCMS as a portal? I know what portal is and what cms is. But I need the accuracy in every words and sentences.

- resources for study anh research
...
My question is PHPWCMS suitable with ideas above?
And can I call PHPWCMS is a Portal?

No u can't.Plz see more about the road to Portal. PHPWCMS is the basic part for u to develop a portal which support u to manager ur site 's contents

Thank for reply. When you enter http://www.opensourcecms.com, you can see they put phpwcms in CMS - Portals ?
