Flash Banner in phpwcms

Hi guys,

i would like to put a flash banner in the top. The banner should change everytime I click into the navigation.
for example:
- home (banner1)
- kontakt (banner2)

The problem is, all flash banners should be loading when entering the page the first time. So I want to load the complete movie. Seperate banners are seperate scenes.
Otherwise they the user has to wait everytime he clicks into the navigation.
So the phpwcms navigation and playing the scenes in flash should be connected somehow.
Any solutions ?

One more thing. I dont want to use a flash navigation.
So the visitor can see the site without flash installed.
