How to create horizontal menu?

Hi people,

I'm complete beginner in this system. Some things works bot I have no idea how to make horizontal menu (in header ex.).

Should I use any tag or create links in template? But what href should by typed?

Please help...

Since it is controlled by CSS (default: frontend.css), simply modify stylesheet.
