OK, and sorry again. There were some bugs in 1.2-DEV included - I was to speedy with publishing it.

Now the DOC_ROOT var is included again. Setup process got new layout too. And I have enhanced the exists and writable check for neccessary files and folders and removed all unneccessary checks there. Try it.

Database should be working well again too.
