Good job
Nice, clean, you can navigate easily.
Neat work. Not my personal style but it's pro.
Keep up the good job
Pepe has a point, somehow.
Maybe something like this?

Cheers

Hello werwi007,
i know the software.
so i see a press article in the "ct", near to professional tool.
So the means for me also a more high end website.
I like the light and white pages as well, but would experiment with the article decriptions, place the package of each software e.g. top left and a short info box about the software beside on the right and the detailled description under this.
I miss a little bit a whole-in-one-feeling of the site.
The article listing at "Movie X one PLUS" is wider a litle bit.
The borders arround the article listuing ar not closed - it looks not like this is decided but it happens.
on the top left it's broken and on the right side, but not at all boxes...
At this page:
http://www.aist.com/CMS/index.php?moviedv6_details
try to use a dotted horizontal line, seems lighter and will visual split the separate contents but don't cut them...
For the shadow on the bottom:
Try to use a lighter one, more subtil, so it looks then the content pages "hoover" over the background.
For all visual content:
Not copy but have a closer look to the aist product interfaces?
Like the buttons at the http://www.apple.com site?
Hope this is helpful.

It's not bad at all, but as the others said the footer is not good so remake it. Then you should make the width smaller because surfers with 800 x 600 has an side scroller and that's not good.
The Special offer need some space between text and the line that is around it, and Learning Center has to much space between the text and line around so you need to adjust all 3 boxes so they look the same.
