O.k.

I think one solution would be that we handle the languages as follows:

It's ok if anyone needs help an gets his/her answer in german or english but in the end everyone should translate the main realizations of the topic into english. Another fact would be that everyone had to use english or bilingual Titles for their Topics.

Example:

A: "Wie kann ich PHPWCMS installieren? / How to install phpwcms?"
B: "Hmm ist doch ganz einfach: schaue unter http://www.phpwcms-docu.de den Punkt "Installation", da findest du eine Schritt für Schritt Anleitung."
A: "Super hat alles funktioniert vielen Dank! _____ For the "not-Germans": I asked how to install phpwcms. The most important hint was, that I had to follow the step-by-step tutorial at phpwcms-docu.de"

So here we have a german discussion but every "not-German" will find the solution on the Topic too. I think every German-speaking should make an effort and summarize the most important hints that he got during the discussion into english after having solved his/her problem.

This will be hard to realize but I think if we start playing the model and keep the "Social Learning Theory" by Albert Bandura in our minds we will soon have a great knowledge base here at this place :) (even if it is already great right now ;-) )

Hallo Freunde,

Merry Christmas

When the snow falls wunderbar
And the children happy are,
When the Glatteis on the street,
And we all a Glühwein need,
Then you know, es ist soweit:
She is here, the Weihnachtszeit.

Every Parkhaus ist besetzt,
Weil die people fahren jetzt
All to Kaufhof, Mediamarkt,
Kriegen nearly Herzinfarkt.
Shoppen hirnverbrannte things
And the Christmasglocke rings.

Mother in the kitchen bakes
Schoko-, Nuss- und Mandelkeks,
Daddy in the Nebenraum
Schmücks a Riesen-Weihnachtsbaum
He is hanging off the balls
Then he from the Leiter falls...

Finally the Kinderlein
To the Zimmer kommen rein
And it sings the family
Schauerlich: "Oh, Christmastree!"
And then jeder in the house
Is packing die Geschenke aus.

Mama finds under the Tanne
Eine brandnew Teflon-Pfanne,
Papa gets a Schlips and Socken,
Everybody does frohlocken.
President speaks in TV,
All around is Harmonie.

Bis Mother in the kitchen runs:
Im Ofen burns the Weihnachtsgans.
And so comes the Feuerwehr
With tatü tata daher;

And they bring a long, long Schlauch
And a long, long Leiter auch.
And they schrei: "Wasser marsch!",
Christmas now is in the Ar...

Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas,
Hear the music, see the lights,
Fohe Weihnacht, Frohe Weihnacht,
Merry Christmas allerseits.

Ihr seht, es gibt noch viel zu tun bei mir...

Viele liebe Grüße von eurem "bemühten"
