Show full article content on main page.

Post by Balthazar »

Hey everyone,

I'm am setting up my front news page. The way I want it to work is so that the entire articles (content parts and all) show up on the front page, instead of what's basically a list of links to the articles.

I've read that I should fool around with sample.tmpl, but I couldn't see anything in there that would let me show the article's content parts. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

simply activate: "rendring: don't display summary in full article"

you find it in the "article basis information"

No, that's not what I mean. What I mean is I want the entire article to be displayed on the front page. No "more..." link to the content parts, I want the content parts on the front page, in their entirety. The whole article top to bottom.

Login to your backend and go to the "admin" --> "site structure" > edit the level where you want to show the whole articles... and then set top article count: to 99
