Stylesheet im Backend weg?

Ich hab folgendes Problem: Im Backend meiner phpWCMS Installation wird der Stylesheet offensichtlich nicht gefunden. Obwohl ein korrekter Verweis auf dei css Datei gegeben ist.

-> <link href="include/inc_css/phpwcms.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

auch die css Datei selbst existiert und liegt genau in oben angebenem pfad.
Funzt weder im IE noch Mozilla noch Firefox.

Hat da jemand eine Idee?
