Article Starts & Ends dates

Post by antonis »

Can anybody inform me on how can I change the default Article Ends date that currently is 2010-12-31.
I want its default value to be something like 2100-12-31 for articles that should never expire...

Now, the furthest a date can be is 2037-12-31, when set manualy. How can I change that as well? If you try using a date after 2037 you get an ERROR message about invalid date value.

any suggestions....?

If you use Windows as operation system where phpwcms is running, that could might your problem:
Windows: Negative timestamps are not supported under any known version of Windows. Therefore the range of valid years includes only 1970 through 2038.

@antonis:

The dates are hard-coded, but you can change them easily in /include/inc_templ/article.new/tmpl.php
