Bug In Article System - Fully Patched latest version

I will PM an administrator/moderator with a user pass...

When we create a sub menu under a top level menu, then add the page contents via the HTML content type the page appears as blank. If I hide article 2 ( make it non public ) then Article 1 will display correctly.

I think in the past versions, Article 1 would appear with a link to Article 2 at the bottom of the page... why has this funtionality broken ?
