Hey Folks, a poor aspiring webmaster way out of his league needs your help:

I have just started plopping my old content on there and it is not by any means finished, everything needs quite a bit of work, I know! but I have just a few specific questions:

1) borders - I got them looking nice in the main content section, but for the life of me I can't get them working elsewhere. in the top section the border on the right hand side is red for some reason! How do I make it black? On the left sidebar it is either completely absent, or red too. I am not sure which. How do I make it black?

2) Shadow borders - I would like to have the right border all the way down to have a few pixels of shadow on it - to give it some depth. the same effect that is going on at http://www.phpwcms.de/index.php How can I do that?

3) There is supposed to be a red (although by no means are these the final colors!) footer at the bottom. It is in the page layout, but not showing up. WHY NOT?

4) Right now the webpage's index.html page is the front page of the old website. (look at how rotten it is, if you want!) I want to keep that up until I am happy with the new one, but when the time comes, how do I make it so that when someone types the URL http://www.treatthepeople.com, that the PHPWCMS index page comes up right away?
