PHP CMS question

I just completed the installation, but before i get started I need to ask this question.

Can PHPCMS do the following;

My site is a sports website, dedicated to a football club. Can I, with PHPCMS, do the following;

create a website like http://www.toffeeweb.com. If you notice, he has multiple articles on the main page. Also, the match review is using the same template all the time. Finally, when he updates (ads a new match) his team calendar gets automatically updated with the new link. Can I do that with PHP CMS? Or would I have to manually upload the pages?

Questions is if you need all this stuff inside or what do you want to use phpwcms for in detail?
