You might be "well-served" to wait a tad bit, if I am correct in my understanding, until phpWCMS version 1.2 arrives.

Otherwise if it is undergoing c-h-a-n-g-e, you may wind up paying for change-order work.

always remember that this is an os project! so it can be that it's need a little while! maybe when this is important for you tell him what this would be worth for you!

content everywhere
maybe copy of articles / structure.
