Can't Make Thumbnails

Click edit on the image - there you have a button for thumbnail creation.

this "create thumbnail" button doesn't seem to work on these files, just when making thumbnails for the first time. any suggestions?

if ImageMagick is no working - maybe - SAFE_MOD has to be turned Off.
