creating thunbnail problems

Hello,
I have a probleme with the function cretaing thunbnail .
When i launch it the page it's good launch but no result , the page stay on

 	 creating thumbnail! wait a moment!
no thumbnail exists

and i have no result
I have imagemagik 5.5.7.10

can you help me please ...

thnaks I found it the path sorry, but after test the gif thumbnail is not beautiful.
Are there parametre to modify to have a more beautiful picture

Do you have enabled ImageMagick in conf.inc.php?

I prefer to use GIFs as {IMAGE:my.gif} -> resized GIFs aren't perfect.
