[Solved] Image Rotator, Problem mit Bildern

Hallo Breitsch,

ich habe heute meine Speilwiese ein wenig aufgewertet und u.a. auch Dein Modul eingebaut. Es lief auf Anhieb gut, die Beschreibung war auch bei meinem mittelmäßigen English-Kenntnissen gut zu verstehen.

Was ich nicht begriffen habe, weshalb die hierThumbnails vergrößert werden und nicht die von mir extra dafür gespeicherten Bilder (1024x768). Dadurch sind diese Bilder halt total verpixelt. Hast Du da einen Hinweis für mich?
Der neuste JW-Player ist installiert worden.
In der XML-Datei (Backend Abspielliste) stehen aber auch Thumbnails drinnen und nicht die "Original"bilder.

"Interne" Links sind nur als Angabe mit http:// .... möglich.
Externe Bilder mit entsprechender URL werden nicht benutzt, wenn mann diese in den aktuellen CP einträgt. Da kommt dann eine Fehlermeldung:
XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: nicht wohlgeformt

Das sind aber ganz "normale" Bildadressen aus einem Forum!

Ich verwende die Version phpwcms 1.5.4.4 (2012/08/26, r507).

Deine (Original)Bilder sind 100 x 75 px gross
Die 'Originalbilder' werden nicht genommen weil 'filearchive' per default gesperrt ist, also werden die Bilder bei Erstellung des CP kopiert mit den Standardeinstellungen von PHPWCMS
dabei werden aber die Originalgrössen übernommen
Bist Du sicher dass da alles funkt bei deiner Installation? Ich müsste mehr sehen um das checken zu können.

An deinem XML File habe ich eigentlich nichts auszusetzen, wer/was sagt das sei nicht wohlgeformt?
Der Bildlink den du angibst liegt
1. in einem geschützten Bereich eines Forums, kann also vom Player schlecht geöffnet werden.
2. bezweifle ich ausserdem, dass der Player php Dateien ausführt um Bilder zu laden

Ja, richtig, da lag noch die .htaccess drauf. Nach der Umbennung und erneuter Speicherung des CPs klappt es jetzt!

Bild im geschützten Bereich, - stimmt , da kommt man nur ran, wenn man registriert ist.

Jetzt läuft's, kleine Ursache, große Wirkung, Danke für Deinen Tipp

It seems that I have the similar problem and I can’t find out how to solve it.
I made the new installation of phpwcms 1.5.4.6 (r512) and installed Image Rotator module. But the Image Rotator module does not work properly. All my pictures in image rotator are pixelated. I checked the xml file and find out that Image Rotator shows not the original but thumbnail image.

Strange, but with older phpwcms installation (phpwcms 1.4.7 (r412) Image Rotator works without complains.

Well, "the same procedure how every year"

1. Rename the ".htaccess" to "_.htaccess " and
2. save your CP again

That's all - the same procedure how every year! Look these YouTube-film and do enjoy.

After installation .htaccess file is "_.htaccess " by default. So there is nothing to change and the problem persist

Be sure that hidden files are visible in your FTP-program.
In FileZilla you must set it under the Point "Server > Force showing hidden Files".

I mean .htaccess file is in server and it is visible. But by default it is "_.htaccess ".

There are several .htaccess files in different directories, you can find one for sure in /config.
Can you see it?

Maybe there is an old .htaccess file on the server you don't see.

In Unix/Linux makes files automatically "hidden" if the filename begins width a point.

Thank you Claus for pointing me to the right way.
I knew that there are more than one .htaccess file in phpwcms installation (actually there are 5 files ). But I was sure, that Kukki had in mind _.htaccess file in root directory.
Now, to those who will face the same problem,
you must rename .htaccess file to _.htaccess in filearchive directory.
