Contact Form receiver mail radio buttom switch?

Did Anyone succeed in a method to get different mail receipients under control of radio buttons in the online form ?

There is a JS in the backend that avoids injecting PIPES into Receiver Field. Anyone did something like this ?

I do remember that this was a theme some years ago ...
