I placed the {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} in the "left space" of my default template. But the navigation doesn't appear... Has anyone a step by step documentation how to start with phpwcms?

Thanks for help :?

I did build a structure and some articles in the structure. I thought I can just put the replacement tag in the "left space" and it should work. Did I think wrong?

it should work if you have at least one structure level (articles not required)
make sure you are using capitals and underscores EXACTLY like this..

{NAV_TABLE_COLUMN}

;)
it wouldn't have been so long if we'd stuck to our standard reply: "check that the stucture is not hidden". this must be the only thread that has not had it said by someone :)
