Guestbook template

Hello,

I'm looking for a template for the guestbook.
I've tried to change the standard template but I can't get it done...

I want at the top of the page the commentaries (posts) and then the option to add a new post.
So when you open the guestbook page, you first see the posts and when scrolling down you can add a new post.

Can you help me with this?
