My Client can't log in with IE - no WYSIWYG Editor, Firewall

Post by macangelo »

Hi,

My client can't log into her admin area with IE (on WIN XP - american edition), only with Netscape. With Netscape she doesn't have the WYSIWYG editing environment (I'm using spaw) - just the html-code. (From my machine everything works fine)

She installed her firewall herself and asumes that might be the reason. Does she have to allow her (her providers') IP? Or even open a port or something? What else could there be missing?

Thanks a lot

Do you use any firewall software? If yes add your server to the safe list and allow it to send the private header info from server to client.
from another post in the forum ;-)
