startpage + article index

how can i change the article index (TOP ARTICLE) at the startpage?!
Default is 1 article.

all structures are a sub of the index. thier is NO reason to change this and with a little playing about you too will understand.
imagin it is not thier and bingo, you now unsterstand why you don't need to change it.

it's like changing you wwwroot name, it's means nothing and has no effect (less even).
