PHPWCMS administration questions.

Post by Michael Sechkin »

Hi!

A few questions again...

* What means "file categories" in Admin section?

* First article under "article folder" in structure is so named "index page". Is it possible to put under article folder a few more articles and that they are active and linkable, but not in a list on "index page" and invisible?

Thanx again,
Michael

First my question was what means "file category" in ADMIN section?

About invisible... I mean, if I put a few articles in folder - first article is "index" and others is showed as links in it... It is possible disable this link-list viewing?

Third question: In private folder I put some images in folder "pictures", they are public, thumbs was created - they are smaller than originals. So next I put pictures in my article in WYSIWYG editor, but there are only thumbnails to see not originals! I need to put originals... Is it possible to stop thumbnail processing by default?

Thank you,
Michael

Something difficult to understand - I know. First - if you use the wysywig editor to insert images - do it like before - put images to a normal img folder and use them from there. Maybe later I will rework this part in the way that you can use images from file center anywhere.

article list: try to set $template_default["top_count"].

Files in file center are stored in an safe way. If you do not want to have images resized make the thumbnail size as big as you like. Then it will be copied only.
