Inserting image in template

Hi!

Where I need to upload image, if I need insert it in template?
Uploaded some pic in private files under "blaa" folder and made it public. Inserted image in template like "{IMAGE:blaa/pic} and that doesn't work...
Or I need to put template images to "picture" folder?

Yes that's the principle. To store images outside of picture you can link to the parent folder like this {IMAGE:../my_folder/image5.gig}
