xampp & phpwcms for windows

Still working on an new release so that 213 is implemented


i have created two xampp pack's one with perl and one without I know it's a little crazy
in both Pack's are a 1.3.3 version and the latest SVN (r115) version Installed.

1. Xampp with Perl / 145MB
ready Configured with Perl an Rewrite On

2. Xampp without Perl / 60MB
ready Configured without Rewrite On

If you use skype please edit your skype settings and uncheck in your skye connection settings [ ] Ports 80 und 443....

after downloading and unpacking, run xammp_start.bat or the xampp-control.exe wich you will find in the Xampp Directory.

then start your browser type in http://localhost/

below the lang selection you have direct access to both phpwcms installations for each installation is an link to the index.php or the login.php



standard login is: admin / phpwcms

All phpwcms installations are setup with utf 8 charset. And have only the OG standard template. All is running with php 5 / mysql 5. PHP safemode is on.

phpmyadmin is also running safe so you need to login : User = root / Password = sys64738

To solve Pappnase from a webspacecrash we set up a torrent for each file.

Hallo zusammen,

habe mir das Paket runtergeladen und local eine Seite komplett aufgebaut. Die Seite ist für eine Nachbargemeinde, die Webspace beim kommunalen Rechenzentrum gemietet hat. Dort ist PHP 4 im Einsatz, image magick und ghostscript jedoch nicht. Da das Downloadpaket hier ja php5 ist stell ich mir die Frage, ob das zu Problemen führen kann bzw. ob man die Seite so überhaupt vom lokalen Server hochladen kann? Schon mal Danke für Eure Hilfe!

Du brauchst PHP4 und eine (am besten) GD-Libray 2

Da das Downloadpaket hier ja php5 ist stell ich mir die Frage, ob das zu Problemen führen kann bzw. ob man die Seite so überhaupt vom lokalen Server hochladen kann?

Also meine (alte) Version von XAMPP kann zwischen PHP4 und PHP5 umschalten, müsste wohl noch immer so sein. Wobei phpwcms nicht exklusiv für php5 geschrieben ist. Ich würde aber dem localhost schon ähnlich dem Server (auch Mysql Version) halten, dann kann definitiv nichts passieren.

danke für die schnelle Antwort. Was ist mit image magick oder ghostscript? Wofür wird das benötigt? Wird ja nur empfohlen nicht vorgeschrieben...

IM Kann unter Linux Bilder rechnen .. vergößern, verkleinern, Tropfen reinrechnen .. und was weiss ich alles ,,, die wenigsten Installationen nutzen das.. das Pendant heisst GD und ist eine Libray die fast jede PHP Install dabei hat. ghostscript ist für PDF Krams
