Graphical Text error

so i thought id try and add some graphical text in my testing area but when i add a font i get this error

Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /content/DesignerPlus/a/s/aspirecreative.net/web/cmsdev/include/inc_module/mod_graphical_text/inc_front/gt.func.inc.php on line 181

now i have no clue whatsoever what this means and its not overwhelmingly important either so if anyone ahs time to exlpain what im doing wrong id appreciate it

alli ahve to do now is work out why the gt text doesnt work with Teaser Ex reptag

there is no support for teaser ex here - use hacks section.
