Cannot modify site structure: HOME

I have FINALLY been able to upgrade my copy of 1.2.5-DEV with 1.2.9 after spending most of last night doing so...

The problem now is: I have deleted the old files/directories/templates and have done a new install of templatewizard am trying to install the layout_07 template - everything goes fine except for changes on the Home Page - It stays the the same - defaults to some other template and if I delete that template then to the other one.. (believe it's in numerical order or something - not sure though)

So, basically the templatewizard works fine changing the default template for all levels except home - and I can't modify the Home level !!! not even manually...


Anybody faced this problem?
