CSS/List based version of NAV_TABLE_COLUMN

Post custom hacks and enhancements for phpwcms here only. Maybe some of these things will be included in official release later.

Nein, das ist ein altes Script und wird in diesem Punkt u.U. nicht funktionieren.

Nimm bitte die NAV_LIST_UL, damit funzt es. http://www.phpwcms.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14273 (Das ist auch die Zukunft, die NAV_TABLE_COLUMN wird nicht mehr weiterentwickelt und auch die Bugs werden nicht entfernt).
