NAV_LIST_UL has been changed on Feb 24th, 2014 [r537 v1.7.2+].

I switched Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) back to GPL-2.0.

These days Oliver prepared fresh and new updates concerning NAV_LIST_UL, regarding both branches

So it was necessary to renew this script.
It's backward compatible. You can use it with older versions of phpwcms anyway.

Optimized for new phpwcms versions, that were released on January 2020.
Works well with almost all modern versions of phpwcms and PHP 7.x
