Problems with version 1.4.7

Hi,
Hope someone can help ...
I have just just install the newest version 1.4.7 without any problem ... BUT about 10 min. after I was startet to build pages and content, it gives me following problem: When I now want to go til "Admin" or "Articles" It just after 20 - 30 sek time out and "Can not show webpage"
Please help ...
