Category 'home' disappears using CP article menu

Post by funghetta »

hi, i installed phpwcms v. 1.3.9
Through the ADMIN/Site structure control panel I edited properties for default category Home. After adding the 'article menu' function in CP selection paragraph the name of category "Home" disappeared from my pages and the backend too. Well, actually, the category is still there but its name field is blank. Note, I did not checked any hide button in my settings during that operation.
I tried to log into control panel again to modify the settings for home, but i cannot rename/restore nor update with a new name at this category, every change i made is useless, the name remains blank, and i cannot remove the CP 'article menu' because it does not show in the left column of CP selection any more, where the selected CP should appear.
Did anyone meet this problem before? Can i restore the settings of my home cat. manually?

yes, conf.indexpage.inc.php has chmod 666
but actually, the file conf.indexpage.inc.php is empty

can I replace the existing file with the original conf.indexpage.inc.php file that came with the application?

May be something was going wrong during upload.
Please upload conf.indexpage.inc.php again.

Good luck, Heiko...
